Transfer of administration services to WTW

With effect from 1 October 2023, the Trustees of the new BOC Retirement Benefits Scheme are outsourcing pension administration services to WTW, the leading provider of pension administration services in the UK. If you are already receiving your pension, your payments will continue as normal before and after the transfer. If you are yet to start drawing your pension, your benefits will continue to be calculated in the same way and you will have the same options as you do currently. Find out more on the administration transfer page.

Which Scheme are you a member of?

BOCPS

The BOC Pension Scheme (the BOCPS) is the defined benefit scheme that closed to new members on 30 June 2003.

Dependant

A dependant is somebody who is financially dependent or interdependent on a member of the BOCPS.

My BOC Pension Plan

Members of the BOC RS Plan are being transferred to My BOC Pension Plan (the Plan). During this period, no changes can be made to your current RS Plan Account.

Not sure what scheme you're in?

If you joined the Company on or before 30 June 2003, you are probably a member of BOCPS.

If you joined BOC after 1 July 2003, you are probably a member of the My BOC Pension Plan.

If you’re receiving a pension from a former employee of BOC who has died, go straight to the Dependants section.

If you are a former member of the Gist Limited Pension Scheme (the GLPS), which merged into the BOCPS in 2020, please go to the BOCPS section of the website.

If you don’t know which scheme you belong to, you can find this information on your payslip, or you can contact BOC Pension Services.
