Following the conclusion of the consultation process on the changes to the BOC defined benefit Pension Scheme, a newsletter was issued to all active members of the Scheme in December, describing the final changes that will come into effect from 1 April 2011.

In the newsletter, the Company committed to a series of roadshows at locations around the UK to explain how current members of the Scheme can use the various retirement planning tools that are available.
